Dear Elin
Sorry for late notice but we would like to ask if you could circulate the
message below on the DWG email list in relation to court hearing on
objections to plans for the Ramat Shlomo plan in Shufat.
Many thanks, Alison

We would like to invite you to attend the following court hearings on
Monday 17th and Tuesday 18th December 2012, in order to demonstrate the
international scrutiny on the Government of Israel’s plans for building
1,700 new settlement units in Shufat (the Ramat Shlomo plan) and 1,500 in
Givat Hamatos.

The objections for the Ramat Shlomo plan will be heard by an Ad-Hoc
committee, established by Jerusalem District Planning and Building
Committee, on Monday 17/12/12 at 09:00 AM, at Bayit VeGan Hostel, 8
Hapisgah Street, Bayit Vegan, Mt. Hertzl. Adv. Sami Ershied submitted a
general objection on behalf of the Shufat village council and another 42
objections on behalf of residents of Shufat.

The objections for the Givat Hamatos plan, will be heard also by the same
Ad-Hoc committee in the same location on Tuesday 18th December 2012 at
11:30.

For more details about the two plans, please see the attached links:
