Today (Sun. Dec. 7) at Jerusalem District Court, Tristan Anderson`s damages suit against the IDF
Today (Sunday 7 December) at 10:00 proceedings will start at the Jerusalem
District Court in the damages suit brought by American peace activist
Tristan Anderson and his family, against the State of Israel and the IDF.

In March 2009, Tristan Anderson was critically injured after being shot in
the head with a high velocity tear gas grenade by Israeli Border Police
soldiers, following a protest against the construction of the “Separation
Wall” in the West Bank village of Ni’ilin.
