settler association got a court order which allowed them to demolish the home of Samir Riwadi, in the northern part of Silwan - near the walls of Old City of Jerusalem. Riwadi did not give up, and after years of legal struggle was able to rebuild the house - though the land all around was taken over by the settlers.
